Rates

• $200 per 60-minute intake and assessment
• $160 per 50-minute session

Insurance

If I do not accept your insurance plan; As an alternative, If you would like to use your out of network insurance benefits, a receipt of services can be provided that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it may be possible for services to be covered in full or in part. If you are in need of assistance with out of network benefits; Our out of network billing service can assist you prior to your initial appointment to inform you on how your plan may compensate you for psychotherapy services with me as your provider.

Payment

I accept debit and major credit cards (MC, Visa & Discover) as forms of payment. Payment is due at the beginning of each session.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
